KFC co-owner sells in Morgan Hill

James Thornton and his wife, Sherry, sold their five-bedroom, four bath Morgan Hill home at 1815 Silverwings Court on April 28 to Carol Dalag for $1.645 million.
The Thorntons have owned the property since 1998; they built the 4.375 square-foot home in 1999. The sale was brokered by Alain Pinel's Renee Patterson, who had it listed at $1.745 million.
Mr. Thornton is part-owner and franchise consultant of a KFC in Hollister. The Thornton's also own property at 13006 Lookout Loop in Truckee, which they paid $569,000 for in July 1995, and 5229 E. Lyell Ave. in Fresno.
