IT recruiter moves from Salinas to Hollister

Leslie Humphries-Smith sold her home at 1521 Versailles Drive in Hollister to Julie Marrero for $651,000 on May 12.

Humphries-Smith paid $400,000 for the 2,000 square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath in August 2001. Her husband, mortgage broker Frank Norris Smith, passed away in Jan. 2005.

Marrero, formerly of Salinas, is the West Coast business development director for IT Intellectuals, a Michigan-based staffing and recruiting consultant.

The sale was brokered by Nants Foley at Intero. She had the property listed for $669,000.
